Natural Products Group, llc announced that the chapter 11 bankruptcy filing was successful with the plan accepted on Jan 27, 2010. Arbonne declaired that more than eighty percent of the company debt will be reduced and turned to equity during the Arbonne Reorganization. Basically the lenders are swapping the debt owed to gain shares of ownership in the company.
